The variant cover will be delivered this week, and the standard covers have been printed. (I saw a video of it, and they look gorgeous.)  My printer confirmed the books have been shipped, but would not be arriving until after August 11. I am leaving for WorldCon On August 12 and will not be back until the 18th, which means the soonest I can ship out is August 22. I should be able to mail out to those of you who ordered only variant covers towards the end of July. I was hoping they’d arrive sooner, but it will all get done.

In the meantime, Alden continues to crank out issue #2. He’s just finished page 14, and Warnia, the colorist, has begun to work on them. The issue should be finished before the end of the year, but with my upcoming move, and the chaos around that, I think I will hold off on running the Kickstarter for the second issue until early 2026.

What’s Happening with Pikes Peak?

The lettering of issue #3 was delayed, but should be done this week sometime. Dany is up to page 25 of issue 4 which means she only has three more pages to go! Kaytee will begin coloring this week as well. Alejandro Lee has finished designing the new lapel pin. Here’s the mock up:
