Boston Metaphysical Vol. 3 Update
The books have been shipped and are on their way to Seattle. Delivery to me is estimated to be around Sept. 22. Hopefully, that date will hold, and I can get packages mailed in early October. My apologies for the delay.
What I will do is send out the surveys when I return from WorldCon in early September to be sure every one receives their digital rewards on or before Sept. 15. I don’t like to send the surveys out too far ahead of shipping for a number of reasons.
If you missed the campaign, you can still Pre-Order through BACKERKIT.

Lady Mechanika: The Mechanical Menagerie #4
For you Lady Mechanika fans, issue 4 of The Mechanical Menagerie drops on August 19. Be sure to stop by your LCS to pick one up!
San Diego Comic Con Debrief
While at San Diego Comic Con, I had lunch with the head of comics at Kickstarter along with a number of my colleagues. I was fortunate enough to be sitting next to Kat Calamia and Phil Falco (Lifeline Comics). It’s rare that I ever get a quiet moment to talk to my colleagues, and they were fascinated that I had once been a competitive epee fencer. That led to an invite to submit to their upcoming sports themed anthology. I’ll let you know how that goes.
Once again, the Lady Mechanika team had dinner at their AirBnB. Amazing Mexican food was prepared by Joe’s multi-talented niece, Steph, and his co-writer, Marcia Chen. And there was cake. So, yah! I also had a signing at their booth for The Mechanical Menagerie which was tons of fun.
I had a record of three panels, one of which was the 10th anniversary of Women on the Dark Side, and this awesome panel called, Dreams Come True.

(left to right) Moderated by Rylend Grant and Dave Avallone. Then there’s me, Art Ebuen, Charlie Stickney, and Richard Fairgray.
